No. Do not forward personal text messages. SMS protection analyzes messages sent directly to your ZapMySpam number and records the result in your Text Protection dashboard.

Conditional call forwarding tells your carrier to send a call to your ZapMySpam defense line only when you decline it, your line is busy, or you do not answer. It does not replace your mobile number and does not redirect calls you answer normally.

Carrier plans can vary, so contact your carrier if it is rejected.

First, confirm that you dialed the activation code from the same mobile line you are protecting and received a carrier confirmation. Run the test again and press Decline or Busy rather than answering. Also confirm your personal mobile number is saved in Settings. If the call still does not appear after two minutes, disable forwarding, restart your phone, activate it again, and contact your carrier to confirm conditional forwarding is enabled on your plan.

What if my phone says the forwarding code is invalid?
