These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ZapMySpam spam-blocking and data-removal services. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Description
ZapMySpam provides AI-assisted spam call and SMS screening, including an AI voice agent that intercepts and engages suspected scammers, threat scoring for suspicious messages, and automated data broker opt-out requests that work to remove your personal information from people-search and data broker websites. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Program Description: ZapMySpam provides real-time security alerts, multi-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes, and spam threat digests via short message service (SMS).

Opt-In & Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional and account security alerts from ZapMySpam. Message frequency varies based on account threat activity.

Cost & Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Unsubscribe & Support: To stop receiving SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or email support@zapmyspam.com.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ZapMySpam only for lawful purposes and only to protect phone numbers and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You may not misuse the service to harass others, intercept calls or messages you have no right to screen, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or resell access without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Service Availability
We work to keep ZapMySpam available at all times, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance or other operational reasons. Spam blocking effectiveness depends on factors outside our control, including carrier routing and sender behavior.
Payment & Subscription Terms
Paid plans renew automatically (auto-recurring billing) and are charged monthly to your payment method on file. Each new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial, and you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refunds are issued.
One-time credit packs (extra Scambot minutes) are charged immediately at purchase and do not expire while your account is active. Usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance is drawn from extra credits when available.
AI Performance Disclaimer
The AI Scambot decoy and threat-scoring features use artificial intelligence. AI output — including call transcripts, persona replies, and threat scores — is generated automatically and may be imperfect or occasionally inaccurate. Recordings and transcripts are provided for your awareness and entertainment; they are not evidence suitable for legal proceedings. We make no warranty that any scam, spam, or unwanted message will be detected or blocked.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapMySpam and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including missed or misdirected calls or messages, lost profits, or losses caused by third parties such as scammers, carriers, or data brokers — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used unlawfully. When an account ends, your subscription stops renewing, call screening for your number is disabled, and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
